YCDSB Kindergarten Teacher Daniela Bevacqua
I recently had the pleasure of presenting to Ms. Bevacqua’s kindergarten class at Blessed Trinity Catholic Elementary School (YCDSB). After the presentation the teacher mentioned that she has written two books about kindergarten and we met to discuss how she might proceed with getting her books into print. We decided to partner on the project and her books will be launched on Sat., July 15th, 2017 from 12pm – 2pm at the Vaughan Civic Centre Resource Library.
Open the Door to Kindergarten is a helpful guide which introduces parents and students to the wonderful world of kindergarten. This insightful book provides a peek into the fun-filled activity centres found in a typical Kindergarten classroom.
Dani’s Kindergarten Tour is a simple pattern text for young readers.
Light refreshments will be served at the book launch and the author/illustrator will be available to sign books. Also, the first thirty children will receive complimentary loot bags.
