Rogers Public School
Thank you to the students and staff of Rogers P.S. (@YRDSB) that welcomed Ruby & I to your school today.
Introducing–Gigi (sculpture)
Here’s a picture of my new sculpture. Her name is Gigi and she is based on the image of the giraffe from my book titled, “We Are Colourful Friends”.
THANK YOU to all my colourful friends at the Richmond Hill’s Community & Cultural department for your generous grant. Your support made it possible to bring Gigi to life.
There are 11 characters in my book and I have completed 7 sculptures. Once I complete the other 4 sculptures my goal is to have an exhibition at The Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts.
If booking a JK/SK interactive workshop at your school or library you can now choose to have Gigi the pink giraffe visit your class instead of Ruby the red flamingo.
Finally, thank you to everyone that helped me pick Gigi’s name. I think it really suits her.
